Our mentoring program is designed for economically disadvantaged youth between the ages of 10-19. We will focus on strengthening self-identity, making positive life choices, reaffirming core cultural values, and creating a greater sense of overall responsibility to self, family, and community.
Tutoring We will focus on school age children in the following areas:

Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention We will conduct group intervention sessions that deal with the following:
Sexuality
Conception
Puperty and Hygiene,
STD's,and HIV/AIDS
and much more.
Rites of Passage Our Rites of Passage Program will help the youth do the following:
Have respect for their peers, family members, and community
Provide a deeper understanding of the importance of setting short and long-term terms
Increase one’s understanding of their culture

Entrepreneurship 2011 A 3 part session camp that gives students ages 6-20 a jump-start to develop money management principles. Students will learn the introduction of how to: start, market and manage their very own business. Participants will leave with the knowledge of how to turn their hobbies in to a profit making venture. Every student will explore how to:
Select a product or service to market
Create a business plan for Venture Capitol of up to $1,000 per group
Design Business Cards and fliers
Develop elevator Pitch for product or service
Open A Bank Account
Develop list of potential customers
Exhibit their business to family and friends
Project Voyagers: A book club for 5th and 6th grade girls which seeks to help foster a love of reading in young women. The book club will enhance skills in reading, spelling, language and comprehension and strengthen oral skills.
